With my background as an ISSA Elite Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Exercise Therapist, and orthopedic surgical technologist, you’re training under a system that blends sports science, biomechanics, and real clinical insight.

Single Performance Session

$50 per session (1 hour)

$350 per month
8 sessions per month

Best for: High school athletes, recreational competitors, off-season prep.

3 Sessions per Week – Competitive Athlete Package

12 sessions per month

    •    Movement efficiency and biomechanics focus
    •    Increased coaching supervision and feedback

Best for: Competitive athletes, serious off-season development.

4 Sessions per Week – Elite Athlete Package

$450 per month
16 sessions per month

Includes:
    •    Full performance development system
    •    Strength, power, speed, conditioning, and recovery
    •    Load monitoring and progression control
    •    Return-to-sport and injury-prevention emphasis

Best for: Collegiate-level athletes, elite youth athletes, serious competitors.
