About Me
I am an ISSA Elite Trainer with a strong foundation in both exercise science and healthcare, bringing together performance training, rehabilitation principles, and clinical experience. I hold multiple certifications through ISSA, allowing me to work with clients across a wide spectrum from general fitness and athletic performance to corrective exercise and post-rehabilitation support.
I am currently pursuing my education at Lionel University, with long-term academic goals of earning a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Medicine. My approach to training is rooted in evidence-based practice, functional movement, and long-term sustainability, not just short-term results.
In addition to my fitness credentials, I am a Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in orthopedic and podiatry surgery, with additional experience as a Diabetic Technician and Medical Technician. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 12 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in surgical environments, patient care, anatomy, biomechanics, and injury management.
This unique blend of clinical healthcare experience and advanced fitness education allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Whether working with older adults, athletes, post-surgical patients, or individuals managing chronic conditions, my mission is to help clients move better, get stronger, and improve their quality of life safely and intelligently.
I believe training should be purpose-driven, individualized, and grounded in science, while still empowering clients to build confidence in their bodies and their abilities.
